A 12 yard dumpster may be the right dumpster size for a small basement, attic, or garage cleanup; flooring and carpet removal for a medium sized house; 130 to 250 square feet of deck removal, or up to 45 square feet of roofing.

Larger Yardage Option

Our larger yardage option is a great size for foreclosures, evictions, or estate clean-outs. It is most often used for medium size renovation or demolition projects, medium or whole house clean-outs, new construction or commercial work. Typically a larger yardage option is used to dispose of a torn down small size garage.
